What is the Vepo Envirotrax® system?
The Envirotrax® system is a complete system allowing for the entry of Customer Service Inspection
Certificates at NO CHARGE to a city or water purveyor. If the the city or water purveyor requires Vepo to mail a notice of an upcoming inspection, a small fee is paid by the Customer Service Inspector to enter each
certificate. If no letters are mailed to property owners, there is NO CHARGE to the Customer Service Inspector to enter a CSI certificate.
Please contact our staff at conserve@vepollc.com or by telephone at (281) 476-6886 for more information. For inspectors needing assistance, click here for a Quick Start Guide with information to get you up and operational in no time at all.
How does it work?
A property owner hires a registered Customer Service Inspector to perform an inspection of their water system. The
inspector registers in the Envirotrax® system and logs into their password protected account to record
CSI certificate information. Through a password protected administration account, the water purveyor can search
all CSI certificates within their jurisdiction by residential or commercial property type, property address,
mailing address, date range and more. Test certificates may be viewed online or sent to an external printer or PDF
file.
The System Reports section displays the number of certificates entered per year. It displays the percentage of certificates based on new construction, existing service, or major renovation. It will also display the percentage based on whether they are commercial or residential inspections.
The system tracks all licenses and required insurance. Should an inspector let their license or insurance expire, the online system will automatically deactivate their account preventing them from submitting any further Customer Service Inspection Certificates until the information is updated and verified by Vepo personnel.
It's all handled FREE OF CHARGE to any water purveyor. With this system, a water purveyor can now have Customer Service Inspections performed within their territory with no extra manpower or investment.
