What is the Envirotrax® FOG System ?
The Envirotrax® system is a complete system for managing your fats, oils, and grease (FOG) program. The system allows for the entry of transporter trip tickets and FOG Inspection reports at NO CHARGE to a city or water purveyor. A small fee is paid by the transporter when entering a trip ticket or manifest.

Please contact our staff at conserve@vepollc.com or by telephone at (281) 476-6886 for more information. For inspectors needing assistance, click here for a Quick Start Guide with information to get you up and operational in no time at all.

How does it work?
A property owner hires a registered transporter to remove waste from a grease or grip trap. The transporter logs into their password protected account in the Envirotrax® system to record the details in an online trip ticket. Details include collecting the signatures of the generator of the waste and the disposal site on a mobile device. The system tracks all vehicles, required insurance and the TCEQ Registration Number. Should a transporter let this information expire, the online system will automatically deactivate their account preventing them from submitting any further trip tickets until the information is updated and verified by Vepo personnel.

An inspector for the water purveyor can inspect the traps at a property and enter an inspection report. The report will contain information on the reason for the inspection, the sampling point, inlet and outlet chambers, and the wetted height, grease blanket and sediment measurements in inches. These measurements will result in a Total Inlet Chamber % based on the 25% rule.

Through a password protected administration account, the water purveyor can set the required waste removal interval in days. When a trip ticket is entered into the system, the next removal date is automatically updated in the system. The water purveyor can search all trip tickets within their jurisdiction by property address, mailing address, date range and more. Trip tickets and FOG inspections may be viewed online or sent to an external printer or PDF file.

The System Reports section displays the number of trip tickets and inspections entered per year. The Trip Ticket Reports will display the percentage of trip tickets based on the interceptor type and disposal site locations. The Inspector Status Reports will display the percentage of inspections based on the facility type and the interceptor type.

It's all handled FREE OF CHARGE to any water purveyor. With this system, a water purveyor can now have FOG Inspections performed within their territory with no extra manpower or investment.
